First Day

At the first meeting we decided which 
days to meet and what time to start.

Our teachers from Reading Connections, Kierra and Misty, introduced themselves.

We community health workers were happy

to see women ready to learn.

Now we say goodbye.

We will meet again in a few days.

Now we go home, just a short walk.

This was the end of our first day of class.

John is a new teacher who helps us.

 

Our class is different from American classes.

Two groups learn together in the same room.

 


Some moms worried about their kids making noise.


 If kids need attention, we know what to do.
